Invisible forces storm TMA

Pro-vigilante group of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Invisible Forces, yesterday stormed the Town Hall meeting held in Tema Metropolitan Assembly (TMA).

According to our affiliate station, Amansan Television (ATV), the group besieged the forecourt of TMA located at Tema Community One, threatening to do worse things than what their counterparts did in Kumasi recently.

The visibly aggrieved members of the Invisible Forces, according to ATV, were not happy with some senior members of the NPP whom they claimed used them during the 2016 electioneering campaign.

“What our counterparts in Kumasi did will be too small if our leaders do not do something about our plights,” they threatened.

Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Chief Executive (MCE) of TMA, Mr. Felix Nii Annan Mensah-La, has assured that plans were far-advanced to resolve the issue.
