I’ll go to the North and beg – William Quaitoo

Resigned deputy Agriculture Minister, and MP for Akim Oda, William Quaitoo, has disclosed he is prepared to go up North and beg Northerners for forgiveness.

Asked by Bola Ray on Starr Chat on Wednesday if he feels forgiven and ready to go up North and beg for forgiveness, Mr. Quaitoo said he is considering it even though he publicly apologized over the matter.

“I’m considering going up North and beg Northerners especially Yendi where they have the overlord…you know they contributed so much in shaping my life, my whole childhood I grew up in the North and spent most of my life in the North so I have no reason to insult them, I’m very sorry for what happened”.

The Akim Oda Member of Parliament resigned following his description of northerners as “difficult” people who are fond of “lying” to get what they want.
