Homosexuals On The Increase In Schools

A call has gone to the government to institute measures to reduce the upsurge of occultism, homosexualism, lesbianism and masturbation in schools all over the country. The call was made by Mr. Daniel Appiah Adjei, deputy director of Centre for National Culture (CNC), Kumasi at a workshop organised for first and second cycle institutions.

When this is done, it will not only halt the act but also lead to the production of well meaning intellectuals for the country. He cited ganger smoking, gambling, abortion, robbery, rape, premarital sex and drunkenness as other acts of indiscipline associated with some students presently.

Mr. Adjei attributed these bahavioural patterns to curiosity, lack of proper parental care, poverty and peer pressure. He cautioned students to stay away from such acts that would hinder their success.
