GSA warns public against impersonating staff

The Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) has raised an alarm over the activities of some fraudsters who are impersonating its staff.

The imposters are visiting manufacturers and testing the quality of their produce.

They are demanding moneys from manufactures who are reportedly not meeting their standards.

The imposters are also deceiving manufacturers that the Standards Authority will drop any sanctions against them.

A statement issued by the management of the GSA asked its clients to report such fraudsters to the police.
