Ghanaians asked to exercise to avoid weight

Mr Akoto DerGross, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Fat2Fit, a weight management company has urged Ghanaians to incorporate daily bodily exercises, to reduce the problem of weight.

Mr DerGross gave the advice when he granted interview to the Ghana News Agency after he successfully came first in 21km millennium marathon race dubbed: “Run the Change in You.”

Mr DerGross who is the author of the “7 Simple Steps to Losing Weight” a number one weight loss guide book in Ghana said formerly he weighed 130kg but now 65kg.

“Some friends and family members talk to me not to take part in the marathon but that did not deter me and at the end of the day I have achieved my heartfelt desire and I thanked Christ for that,” he said.

A master graduate in international law and business from Germany, Mr DerGross , advised the citizens to be wary of their lifestyles and what they eat, to avoid the struggle with obesity.
