Ghana Expo Canada ltd., a subsidiary company of the Ghanaian News Corporation, the largest Ghanaian-Canadian community newspaper in Canada and the organizers of the annual Ghanaian-Canadian Achievement Awards is organizing Ghana Expo Canada 2005, the first ever comprehensive trade investment exhibition and seminars on Ghana in Toronto ? Canada from September 15th to the 18th, 2005.
The exhibition, which will take place at the Toronto Congress Center, 650 Dixon Road, is to expose and promote inter-regional trade investment between Ghana and Canada.
The five-day event will draw over 200 companies, organizations and government agencies to the trade cum investment exhibition and workshop ever held in Toronto. There will be an official opening ceremony on Thursday Sept.15 at 10am. It will be conducted by government officials from both Ghana and Canada. The exhibition will run from 10am to 10pm each day Thursday Sept.15 to Sunday, Sept. 18th, 2005.
Alongside the exhibition, there will be seminars and workshops with focus on trade, investment and joint venture opportunities between Ghana and Canada starting on Thursday, Sept. 15 at 7pm. Friday, Sept. 16, from 6pm to 10pm participants and visitors at the exhibition will be treated to a fashion show which will climax with the crowning of Miss Ghana Expo Canada 2005. There will also be a special awards/Dinner/Dance night from 5pm to 2am on Saturday, Sept. 17th. The closing day, Sunday, Sept. 18 will witness a display of Gospel music and African cultural Bonanza
