GH Sporting Club donates to Eye of The Lord

GH Sporting Club, a US-based NGO has presented food items worth several thousands of Cedis and a special cash donation to Eye of the Lord Orphanage, Otuase near Nsawam in the Eastern Region.

The items included bags of rice, sugar, gallons of cooking oil, cartons of milk, toiletries etc.

President of GH Sporting Club, Isaac Ofori Amoako and his team who were on a short holiday visit from Columbus Ohio in a post-presentation interview said “We believe in making change in the lives of people, especially the less privileged, hence this donation. We have been doing this for some time but on the quiet.”

“This is just a token but I strongly believe it will go a long way in putting smiles on the faces of these precious children.”

Head of Eye of the Lord Orphanage, simply referred to as brother Kofi thanked the donors profusely for the support saying, “We are indeed grateful for this gesture, as you can see the children appear happy after seeing the items, that alone is refreshing. God bless your organization.”
