Wenchi (B/A) March 15, GNA – Mrs Akua A. Debrah, Brong Ahafo Regional Director of Education has handed over a 64- seater bus valued at 500 million cedis, donated by the GETfund to the Wenchi Methodist Secondary School in Brong Ahafo.
She called on the Board of Governors, the staff and students to ensure the judicious use of the bus to prolong its lifespan. The Right Reverend Charles Kwasi Konadu, Bishop of the Wenchi Diocese of the Methodist Church who dedicated the bus called on parents to send their children especially girls to school and encourage them to rise to the tertiary level. Mr John Kwaku Donkor, the Headmaster pledged to ensure the proper use of the bus.
