Gender Ministry to recruit Caterers

The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection is inviting applications to recruit caterers to provide catering services under the Ghana School Feeding Programme (GSFP).

A statement from the Ministry on Thursday, signed by Madam Otiko Afisah Djaba said in collaboration with the GSFP, application forms to offer catering services under the GSFP have been released to the various Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies across the country.

The statement informed interested applicants that the form could only be obtained at Fifty Ghana Cedis (GHC 50. 00) from the office of Metropolitan/Municipal/District Coordinating Directors (MMDCD) in the areas where they intended to offer their services.

“Applicants would be expected to submit their completed applications forms together with relevant documents including copy of receipts for payment to the office of the Metropolitan/Municipal/District Coordinating Director.”

The statement cautioned that “it is only the office of the MMDCDs that are authorised to sell the forms. Anyone who purchases the forms from any other source other than the offices of MMDCDs or at any cost other than the stipulated price does so at their own risk”.

It urged the public to contact the Public Relations Officer for GSFP, Siiba Alfa 0244690137 for further information.
