Gameli Preparatory School celebrates examination successes

Kwamikrom (V/R), Nov. 17, GNA – Pupils of the local Gameli Preparatory School at the last weekend paraded the principal streets of Kwamikrom amidst brass band music to celebrate their 11th year of final examination successes. They carried placards some of which read “education is the bed-rock of successful life” and “send your child to school.” The proprietor of the school, Mr Samuel Nartey Dzorkpe, told the Ghana News Agency in an interview later that all the 27 Junior High School candidates presented for the 2010-2011 basic education certificate examination were successful. He said the school has so far turned out 371 successful students who had gained admission to the country’s leading Senior High Schools including Achimota and Ho Mawuli Senior High Schools during the preparatory school’s 20 years of existence. 17 Nov 10
