Ga Asafoatse cautions Lands Commission

Head of Ga chiefs (Asafoatse) Nii Osah Mensah has cautioned Land Commission over the release of expired lease lands from the traditional rulers of the Ga State.

To him, the alleged acts by officers at the Commission is dubious and warned that any signatory to such deals would be brought to the full rigors of the law.

He said in a release that “The sale of government acquired lands and bungalows by the Commission in collaboration with some government officials to individuals and companies are expired lease lands.

“I am therefore cautioning all those engaging in such transactions to desist from it, you buy such properties at your own risk because the lease has expired.”

The Asafoatse indicated that the areas include Roman Ridge, Cantonment ,Airport City etc
