Furniture Company Donates Chairs To Hospital

Berekum (Brong Ahafo), 17 Oct.,

A Sunyani-based furniture manufacturing company, Effah Furniture Works, has presented 20 chairs valued at more than 200,000 cedis to the Berekum holy family hospital at Berekum. The donation is the company’s contribution towards the provision of certain basic needs of the hospital to improve health delivery and comfort of patients. Mr. Emmanuel Yaw Effah, the managing director, who presented the chairs, said the company recently made similar donations to the Sunyani secondary school, the government hospital and the district assembly. Other institutions which also benefited from the company’s gesture include the Aboabo Community Day Secondary school, the Aboabo clinic and the Dormaa Presbyterian hospital all in the Dormaa district.
