French Minister for economy arrives

Accra, Feb. 27, GNA – Mrs Anne Marie Idrac, French Minister of State for the Economy, Industry and Employment with responsibility for Foreign Trade, arrived in Accra on Friday at the head of a 12-member delegation on a two-day working visit to the country. The Minister is expected to call on President John Evans Atta Mills and hold discussions with the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning, Dr Kwabena Duffuor. France, through its Agency for International Development is financing projects worth over 200 million Euro in Ghana. She was met at the airport on arrival by Mrs Hanna Tetteh, Minister of Trade and Industry.
