Former Executive Secretary of the National Labour Commission (NLC), Ofosu Asamoah, has urged the government to urgently constitute the Commission so it can help resolve the ongoing teachers’ strike.
Speaking on GhanAkoma on Akoma 87.9 FM on Thursday, Hon. Ofosu Asamoah said the NLC should already be involved in efforts to settle the dispute between the government and the teachers’ unions.
“At this point, the NLC should be stepping in to help resolve the matter. Unfortunately, the government is yet to constitute the Commission,” he said.
