Former GNA Editor and Magistrate dies

Accra, Aug. 8, GNA – The death is reported of Mr J.W.K. Anokye, a Former Editor of the Ghana News Agency (GNA) and Ex-District Magistrate of the Judicial Service.

A family statement in Accra on Monday said Mr Anokye died on June 30. He was 75.

Mr Anokye served as District Magistrate at Anloga and Ashanti Mampong.

He was the husband of Ms Gladys Nkpe, a Former Employee of the Ghana News Agency.
