Fire has gutted a shell filing Station near Asokwa, a suburb of Kumasi in the Ashanti region, StarrFMonline.com has gathered.
The fire, according to our sources, was sparked during the refueling of Petrol Tanker vehicle at the station, Saturday afternoon.
Four fuel pumps were reportedly destroyed in the blaze.
Starr News’ Ashanti regional correspondent Isaac Bediako Justice reports it took fire officers two hours to quench the inferno.
