Ensure cleanliness – Pastor

One of the utmost duties of Christians is to ensure cleanliness in their communities, therefore, in order to please God, Christians must clean their environment, Head Pastor of Spring of Joy Ministries International, Kwesi Agyeman Prempeh has said.

Mr. Agyeman Prempeh, speaking to the media after a cleanup exercise in East Legon, as part of the National Sanitation Day (NSD) exercise, said: “Cleanliness is next to Godliness, so as a good Christian, living a righteous life means to live a clean lifestyle as the scripture implies.”

In view of this, he revealed that the Spring of Joy Ministries International church will continue to join the NSD exercise in order to complement government’s efforts at clearing the country of filth.

The Member of Parliament for the area, Emmanuel Boakye Agyarko commended the church for organising its members to clean the environment.
