Ellembelle Assembly donates telephones to Police Service

Nkroful (W/R), Aug 4, GNA – The Ellembelle District Assembly has presented three Vodafone GSM Fixed Wireless Terminal lines valued at 255 Ghana cedis to the Police Service in the district.

This followed the visit of the District Chief Executive, Mr. Daniel K. Eshun, to police stations at Nkroful, Esiama and Aiyinase about 3 months ago where he learnt of problems facing the service.

Making the presentation, Mr Eshun said the Assembly would support the service in the district.

Receiving the items, the Nzema East Municipal Police Commander, Superintendent of Police David Lovelace Tesutor, expressed gratitude to the Assembly for its response to their communication needs.

He said the Assembly should continue to support the police to enable personnel to charge their duties.
