The Supreme Court has dismissed an application filed by the three petitioners of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) asking the court to direct the Electoral Commission (EC) to provide them with the collation and pink sheets.

The Court presided over by Justice William Atuguba is hearing preliminary applications relating to the petition filed by three members of the NPP, the presidential candidate, Nana Akufo-Addo, his running mate, Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia and the party’s National Chairman, Jake Obetsebi Lamptey challenging the validity of the results of the 2012 presidential elections.
