Election Petition: Addison to continue Afari-Gyan cross examination

The lead Counsel for the petitioners in the election fraud case will continue with his cross examination of the EC boss at the Supreme Court today.

Philip Addison has been trying to discredit the evidence given by Dr. Afari Gyan that the EC did nothing wrong by declaring the results in favour of President Mahama.

At the last sitting, the court issued a stern warning to lawyers for both the petitioners and the respondents to stop misrepresenting proceedings.

Legal practitioner, Osei Owusu Afriyie in an interview with XYZ News said the warning from the court must be taken seriously.
