Eastern Regional PNC Executives call for change of National Leadership

The Eastern Regional Executives of the People’s National Convention (PNC), has called for committed National Executives to make meaningful impact on the political scene.

A statement issued by Ustaz Yakubu Salifu, Regional Secretary in Koforidua on Wednesday and copied to the Ghana News Agency, said the National Executives should have good Regional Management team who would work in line with the party’s constitution and ethics.

“The PNC currently is branded a shameless party without values, lacking memory and without capacity to learn from its previous failures,” the statement said.

It expressed concern about the “endless disunity” among the rank and file as well as disrespect to leadership which is still very much pronounced in the party.

The statement asked for solution to the challenges in the party to make it attractive to Ghanaians, especially floating voters to be able to win elections.

It called for quick and prompt restructuring of the party.
