Dutch Company Takes Over Management Of Wangara Hotel

Accra, (Greater Accra) 31 Oct., Hotel Wangara, a Ghanaian-owned three star hotel, has signed a management consultancy contract for the upgrading of the hotel’s services with the Netherlands Management Co-operation Programme (NMCP), a non-profit organisation. Under the agreement, NMCP has released a consultant, Mr. Ronald Van Den Merendonk, to upgrade the services of the hotel to a first class international standard. A statement signed by Ms Mary Aryeh, General Manager of Wangara hotel in Accra today said, the hotel is also to benefit from a training programme that would enable it attract business and high quality tourists. The statement said the signing of the contract formed part of activities to celebrate the hotel’s third anniversary. NMCP is a Dutch organisation that offers assistance to industries through the transfer of sound and quality general management, professional and technical skills.
