Disabled Advised To Acquire vocational Skills

Mr.. Prince Adu, National Chairman of the disabled Christians fellowship evangelistic association of Ghana has advised disabled persons to shun begging for alms and register with the department of social welfare to acquire vocational skills. Mr.. Prince Adu gave the advice at the inauguration of a branch of the association at Mim in the Asunafo District of the Brong Ahafo Region yesterday. He expressed concern over the begging habit of some disabled persons and charged members of the association to educate the disabled on the need for them to acquire vocational skills through the department of social welfare. “Acquiring vocational skills would enable the disabled to contribute effectively towards the nation’s social and economic growth”, He added.
