DCE presents food items to Nasara Clubs in Ga District

Amasaman (G/A), Dec. 1, GNA- Mr Samuel Nee Aryeetey Attoh, Ga District Chief Executive at the weekend appealed to Moslems to educate their children instead of giving them in early marriage.

Mr Attoh made the appeal at Amansaman when he presented several bags of rice to over 33 Nasara clubs in some communities in the Greater Accra Region for their Eid-Ul Fitr.

Some of the communities which benefited included Amasaman, Pokuase, Amoaman, Pobiman, Madina, Dankyira, Kojo Ashong, Samsam, Mallam, Weija, Tuba, Apraku, and Oduman.

Mr Attoh said the items were the Amasaman District Assembly’s donation to boost the morale of moslems and encourage them to take active part of projects executed in their communities.

Alhaji Abukari Awudu, Chairman of the Nazara club at Amasaman commended the District Assembly for the gift.
