Dan Botwe cautions NPP supporters

Abuakwa (Ash), Dec. 2, GNA – Mr Dan Botwe, General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has cautioned the Party’s supporters not to be complacent but to adopt house-to-house campaigns to solicit more support for the Party to win massively on December 7.

He reminded them that complacency always led to defeat.

Addressing an NPP rally at Abuakwa, near Kumasi in the Atwima-Nwabiagya Constituency on Tuesday, Mr Botwe asked the electorate to come out in their numbers and cast their votes early.

He predicted a massive victory for the NPP and asked the supporters to carry the campaign to its conclusion. Mr Fredrick Fredua Anto, Ashanti Regional Chairman of the NPP, told the electorate not to entertain any fears during and after the election since the security agencies would not compromise on the sustenance of peace in the country.

Mr Beneto Owusu Bio, NPP parliamentary candidate for Atwima-Nwabiagya, was optimistic of the party securing over 90 per cent of the votes in both the presidential and parliamentary election in the constituency.
