Namong (Offinso), Sept. 10, GNA – The Approachers Book Series Company, dealers in books, on Monday donated 50 bags of cement worth 500.00 Ghana cedis to Nomong Senior High School (S.H.S.) The donation was in response to an appeal made by the school authorities for assistance to rehabilitate a school block and a dinning hall. Presenting the building material on behalf of the Company, Mr. Emmanuel Bosomtwe, Marketing Manager, said the donation was part of the company’s efforts to improve teaching and learning in the schools. Mr. Richard Amoah, Head master of the school, who received the cement, commended the donor for the gesture and appealed to individuals and organisations to come to the aid of the school.
