Church presents items to hospital

Sunyani May 14, GNA – The Sunyani West District Royals Assembly of the Pentecost Church at the weekend presented food items worth three million cedis to the children’s ward of the Regional Hospital in Sunyani.

The items included fruits, bread, rice and fruit juices. The Rev Boakye Agyemang, the Head Pastor, said the presentation was to demonstrate the church’s love and care for the patients. Mrs Janet Opoku, Senior Staff Midwife at the ward who received the items, commended the Assembly for the presentation. The church also had a clean-up exercise in some parts of the municipality.

Deacon Samuel Oppong, secretary of the Assembly, told Ghana News Agency the exercise was part of a weeklong celebration of the fourth anniversary of the Assembly. 15 May 05
