Christians urged to stop moving from church to church

Prophet Eric Cliff Marfo, Founder and Head of Signs of Hope Prayer Centre, has called on Christians to resist the temptation of moving from church to church in an attempt to have their problems solved.

He said as Christians they must submit themselves to the will of God and refrain from unchristian acts that could jeopardise their lives. Prophet Marfo was delivering a sermon at the inauguration of a new Church building for the Prayer Centre at Gyenyase in the Kumasi Metropolis on Sunday.

He said the lust for wealth, arrogance, selfishness and greed do not portray Christians as worshippers of God.

“It is unfortunate that Christians these days pray and fast for good marriages, flourishing business and riches instead of seeking for the glory of God.”

Oheneba Owusu Achiaw Prempeh 11, Worakosehene, who cut the tape to inaugurate the church building, appealed to the Prophet to help the members in their spiritual development.
