Christians asked to change their negative lifestyles

Konongo (Ash), March 28, GNA- The Reverend Alexander Darko, District Pastor for Asante-Akim North and Asante- Akim South Mission of the Assemblies of God Church, has called on Christians to reflect on the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ in other to change their immoral lifestyles.

Rev. Darko was speaking on the “Resurrection of Jesus Christ, The Hope Of A Faithful Steward”, at a four-day Easter convention at Konongo on Sunday.

He said the resurrected Jesus Christ had given Christians hope of eternal life and comfort.

Rev. Darko expressed the hope that people in authority would seek inspiration from Jesus in other to attract blessings for the country.

“If our leaders surrender their lives and that of the nation into the hands of God, He will heal the nation from all social evils.”

Rev Darko asked the citizenry to avoid ethnic and political considerations to help unite the country for development.
