Catholic professional guild funs games on May Day

Past students of second cycle catholic schools in Ghana will on Friday, May 1, 2005, hold family fun games as part of the yearly activities.

The event is scheduled to come off at the St. Thomas Aquinas school park with a host of old boys and girls from different institutions expected to participate.
Past students of Pope Johns Secondary school, Koforidua, St. Peters, Nkwatia-Kwahu, St. Roses, Akwatia, St. Johns, Sekondi, Holy Child School, Opoku Ware school, Kumasi, St. Mary’s, St. Augustine, Cape Coast, St. Louis, Kumasi and the hosts St. Aquinas among others, will participate.

The one-day event is expected to start at 7:00am with a number of games lined up for the occasion.

Football would be played as well as athletics, ludo, draught, tug-of-peace, volleyball and basketball to crown the occasion.

It is expected to thrill with lots of excitement and grill assured as old students from these institutions come together to remember part of their glory days back in school.
