Capt Tsikata to appear before NRC on February 9

Accra, Jan 15, GNA- Capt Kojo Tsikata (RTD), the National Security Advisor of the erstwhile Provisional National Defence Council (PNDC), is scheduled to give evidence at the National Reconciliation Commission on Monday, February 9.
