Mr. Karikari Bediako-Poku, Founder and Project Director of the home appreciated the efforts and kind gesture of Miss Baffour-Awuah and urged others who could afford to emulate her.

Mr. Bediako-Poku said but for the assistance and support from individuals, the running of the home would have been very difficult. He praised all the people who in diverse ways have been offering support towards the management of the home stressing that, “as much as the children continue to stay in the home, they still need more support and assistance”

He therefore appealed to churches, groups and associations, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) as well as individuals to consider the plight of the orphans.
