Brakwa Health Centre receives medical items

Brakwa (C/R), Dec 8, GNA – Mrs. Kate Sampomah Ocran, a retired private midwife at Breman Brakwa who has folded up her midwifery business, has presented her items to the Brakwa Health Center. The items include one delivery bed, four bed sheets, four wooden cots, one washing basin and a stand and two medicine measures all costing 3 million cedis

Mrs. Ocran, a citizen of the town, said the items would be useless to her since she would no longer be in the midwifery business and thought it wise to give it to the center. Miss Elizabeth Asare, the Medical Assistant In charge of the Health Centre who received the items, thanked the donor and appealed to others to emulate her example. 08 Dec 06
