Bartels involved in motor accident

The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Kwamena Bartels survived a motor accident on the Airport-Tetteh Quarshie road Monday night when an oncoming vehicle run into his car.

The driver of the other vehicle is said to have sped off. Speaking about his experience, Mr Bartels said he did not notice the vehicle approaching because it had no lights until the impact.

The Airport Police are investigating the accident which happened around 8:20 pm.

Though he is not suffering any visible physical injuries, Mr. Bartels says he will be consulting a doctor because his shoulders are beginning to ache.
