Assembly presents books to school

Busunya (B/A), Aug 31, GNA – The Nkoranza District Assembly has donated 200 library books valued at about two million cedis to Busunya Secondary School.

Mr Kwame Ampofo-Twumasi, the District Chief Executive who presented the books, said the assembly would not relent in its efforts to provide school blocks, teachers’ bungalows and other education facilities to help improve the standard of education in the district. Mr. Abubakari Ankomah, the Head master, received the books, thanked the assembly and said the increasing number of students in the school required additional classrooms and appealed to the assembly to assist.
