Asikuma- Odoben DCE inspects road project

Breman Brakwa, C/R, Sept 7, GNA – Construction works, on the three billion cedi, Brakwa- Odoben link road, that spans five kilometres in the Asikuma-Odoben-Brakwa District of the Central Region, is progressing steadily.

Mr Adu Poku, Chief Supervisor of Messrs Big Aidoo Construction Limited, said the project which started in August, this year and scheduled for completion in a year, would be due in six months. Mr Poku made this known when he conducted the District Chief Executive, Mr Sampson K. Anfako around the project site.

He said 40 percent of the drainage works had been completed while the additional works would be executed within the next two months. Mr Anfako announced that roads in the District capital- Breman Asikuma, had been awarded on contract and works would begin very soon.
