Asamama Presbyterian Primary PTA undertakes project

Akim Asamama (E/R), July 18, GNA – The Parent/Teacher Association (PTA) of Akim Asamama Presbyterian Primary School is to renovate the six-unit classroom block, office and store. Mr Daniel Amoah, the PTA chairman who announced this at a PTA meeting on Thursday, said the block needed re-roofing, re-painting and other major repairs on its place of convenience and urinal. The dwarf wall of the kindergarten section of the school is being reconstructed to a modern building to prevent people from using it as their place of convenience. Madam Juliana Nyarko, Head teacher of the Primary School, said the situation where some people had been defecating in the classrooms and engaging in immoral activities could no longer be tolerated.
