Akua Donkor chief Mahama advisor – Napo

Controversial politician, Madam Akua Donkor, has been described as President John Dramani Mahama’s chief advisor.

Manhyia South MP, Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh, popularly called ‘Napo’, made the observation during a public function at KO in Kumasi.

Without mincing words, he blamed Akua Donkor for partly being the cause of the myriad of problems, currently confronting the citizenry.

According to him, President Mahama depends heavily on Akua Donkor for advice on important national issues including matters about the economy.

The Manhyia South MP noted that if things are not working well for the country then Akua Donkor, who advice the president, should not be spared of blame.

“People like Akua Donkor should also be blamed for giving unproductive advice to President Mahama which had compounded our problems as a country.

“She is always with President Mahama, advising the president on key national issues so if things are not working right, she too must be blamed”.

Napo recounted several foreign trips that Akua Donkor had attended with President Mahama and other government officials.

He said President Mahama lacked competent people to advice him, which had resulted in the country being poorly managed by the NDC government.

From all indications, Napo stated, President Mahama and his administration have proven that they could not manage the affairs of the country.

The MP, who was addressing KO residents as part of his ‘Meet Your MP’ programme, urged the electorates to vote for the NPP, next year.

Napo pointed out that the NPP boasts of competent and knowledgeable men that could turn the fortunes of the country around when voted into power.
