Akomea: We will remind Ghanaians of NPP’s success story

The newly appointed communications director of the main opposition New Patriotic Party, Nana Akomea says he and his team will tell the success story of the party to Ghanaians in order to win their confidence ahead of the 2016 elections.

Akomea, who was formerly in charge of the party’s communications, has been reappointed to the position with the party’s former Youth Organiser, Anthony Karbo and beleaguered acting communications director, Perry Okudzeto as his deputies.

Speaking to Joy FM, the former Member of Parliament said Ghanaians must be reminded of the “good governance” of the Danquah-Busia-Dombo tradition while in power.

He noted that the new communications team will ensure a smooth relationship between the party and the media and all important stakeholders in order to win power in the 2016 elections.
