Adwoa Safo busily fixes her wig as Parliament dissects 2017 mid-year review budget

Mr. Ken Ofori-Atta, Minister of Finance on Monday presented the 2017 mid-year review budget to Parliament.

This is in fulfillment of the Constitution which requires the Minister to give an account of the performance of the economy before the commencement of the second half of the year.

While Parliament was busy analysing the budget review submitted by the Finance Minister, www.Ghanaweb.com’s camera captured MP for Dome-Kwabenya, Sarah Adwoa Safo busily fixing her wig.

“Osofoba Adwoa” as she’s fondly called seated close to Honourable Osei Kyei Mensah-Bonsu was seen trying to position her long black curly wig properly whiles Mr Akoto Osei was on the floor speaking.

In today’s fashion, wearing a wig or hair extension has become a fun way to change up a look.

Meanwhile, the Former Deputy Minister of Finance, Cassiel Ato Forson says government’s mid-year budget review brings nothing but bad news to Ghanaians.
