The Literacy day celebration of the Asikuma-Odoben-Brakwa District of the non-formal Education Division of the ministry of Education has been launched at Breman Benin. In her address, the NFED District Organiser, Miss Grace Dadson said since the launching of the programme in 1991, nearly seven thousand three hundred facilitators have passed out in the district.
