Accra, Feb. 15, GNA – The Progressive Road Contractors Association (PRCA) on Friday thanked President John Agyekum Kufuor for re-nominating Dr Richard Winfred Anane for the post of Minister of Transportation. A statement signed by PRCA Chairman, Mr Michael Aidoo, said the Association welcomed “the good news of his return”, and expressed the hope that Parliament would approve Dr Anane’s nomination “so that he can come back to help, especially contractors, and the road sector as a whole”.
The Association said Dr Anane’s “long absence has adversely impacted on the activities of the entire road sector”.
