No political party should paste posters on Assembly’s Structure – TMCE

Techiman, (B/A), Nov. 18, GNA – Mr Isaac Osei-Antwi, Techiman Municipal Chief Executive, has appealed to the various political parties and Parliamentary Candidates not to paste their posters on the Municipal Assembly’s structures.

Mr Osei-Antwi told the Ghana News Agency at Techiman on Thursday that as the Assembly remained non-partisan, it would not want the situation whereby the Assembly would be accused of destroying the posters as some people deface them.

He also urged the workers of the Assembly not to post the posters on the Assembly’s billboards.

He advised the people against involving themselves in negative practices and attitudes that could have an adverse effect on the up-coming Election 2004.

Mr Osei-Antwi reminded the people that the multi-party politics came to meet Ghanaians as one people, and they should never allow themselves to be divided by party politics.
