Cloudiness will persist over country this morning – Meteo
Accra, Sept. 10, GNA – The Meteorological Services Department, on Friday announced that the cloudiness would persist over the country this morning with light showers over few forest and hilly areas and isolated thunderstorms over the upper regions from the remnants of a rainstorm that moved over the sector last night. The afternoon would, however, be sunny and windy over fewer southern stations than the north with thunderstorms over high grounds. The night would be cloudy with showers or thunderstorms over places.
Maximum and minimum temperatures were given as: coastal areas, between 29 and 23 degrees Celsius; forest and mountainous areas, between 30 and 21 degrees Celsius; and Northern Ghana, between 32 and 22 degrees Celsius.
