Daniel Adu-Adjei Seals Permanent Move To Croatian Champions HNK Rijeka

Young striker Daniel Adu-Adjei has completed a permanent transfer from English side Bournemouth to Croatian champions HNK Rijeka.

The 20-year-old forward, who has already signalled his desire to represent Ghana at international level, joins Rijeka after an outstanding season with Bournemouth’s U21s, where he netted 25 goals in just 16 appearances.

Adu-Adjei’s prolific form caught the attention of several clubs across Europe, but Rijeka moved swiftly to secure his signature as they look to bolster their attack ahead of the new season.

The move is seen as a major step forward in Adu-Adjei’s career, offering him regular first-team football in a competitive European league.

With his impressive goal-scoring record and growing reputation, Adu-Adjei could soon be knocking on the doors of the Black Stars, especially as Ghana continues to seek young attacking talents to strengthen its forward line.

For the player himself, the switch represents both a fresh challenge and a chance to stake a claim on the international stage with Ghana.
