On September 25, Wumpini’s body was discovered with multiple stab wounds, and his mobile phone was missing.
Subsequent investigations by the police cybercrime unit led to the phone being traced to Nurudeen’s location, where it was found hidden under his bed.
Evidence presented in court revealed that Nurudeen had sent messages from Wumpini’s phone—one to the girlfriend, pretending to break up with her, and another to Wumpini’s friend.
