NPP’s 2020 victory rests on the youth – Ghana Alhassan

A New Patriotic Party (NPP) Regional Youth Organiser hopeful for the Northern Region, Mohammed Alhassan Ghana has observed that the party’s victory in 2020 will greatly rest on the contributions of the youth.

He has therefore pledged to whip up the enthusiasm of the youth in the party to work assiduously in order to ensure that this is not a mirage.

“We have a duty as party youth to ensure that we win the 2020 elections by a wider margin. We can do this and more if the youth of the party are committed to its course. I have therefore offered myself to be their leader and to ensure that this becomes one of the greatest successes chalked by the party”, he said in an interview with mynewsgh.com.

Ghana Alhassan believes the NPP has the opportunity to widen its support base in the region if the youth are encouraged and properly motivated by the party’s leadership which is crucial in political party growth.

In his view, this can only be achieved with a versatile leader at the helm of affairs promising to give that leadership to the party in the region and assuring them of his unflinching support to the course of the party whenever duty calls.

“I will be the first to set one of the biggest examples in the party in this region. I am prepared and also equal to the task. We cannot afford to reduce our electoral fortunes in this region. The youth will work and feel part of the elephant family under my watch”, he assured.
