The management of the Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC) has served notices to its various customers across the country whose loans are in arrears to make the necessary efforts and clear all payments at its regional offices before the deadline June, 5, 2017.
In a statement released by management of the facility, said “MASLOC shall after the said date, publish in the newspapers the names and pictures of all defaulting clients.”
MASLOC has low loan recovery system that predates the previous administration.
MASLOC had in the last few years encountered challenges due to the failure of its management to recover the huge sums of money that were given out as loans to several beneficiaries.
