The Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum in Accra has since its commissioning between 1992 and January this year, received more than 180,000 visitors. According to the Director of the mausoleum, Nana Otuo-Siripi the number is made up of 100,000 paid visitors in the entourage of heads of states and other important personalities, as well as those who visited free of charge on state functions. Among those who visited were 21 top personalities made up of heads of states and dignitaries.
