Driver fights passenger for not paying up

A fight between a taxi driver and a passenger erupted at the Tetteh Quarshie roundabout over a fare dispute early Saturday morning.

The passenger who boarded the car from Abattoir refused to pay the amount charged by the driver accusing him of being a thief for charging more than he should which then resulted in a fight between the two.

The driver upon speaking to GhanaWeb news team claimed the passenger picked ‘dropping’ from Abattoir to Tetteh Quarshie roundabout and after giving him GH5, he demanded for his balance.

This angered him which resulted in a fight when the passenger refused to pay up the full amount.
